One of the most important contributions of the Plano's International Festival is highlighting the various cultures that make up North Texas. Each child is given a passport and they go around to the tables learning about each country's culture, writing down country highlights and receive a stamp or sticker in their booklet! The children have the opportunity to interact and ask questions.
UAST provided ways for attendees to learn more about the war in Ukraine while sharing cultural information and listening to Bandura music.
Ukie Style had two tables full of Ukrainian gifts, blouses, shirts, jewelry and more for those that wanted to take home a piece of Ukraine!
